Anyone who moves in would have the main level at their disposition, which includes the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

The basement is made up of 4 rooms.

(1) Living Room/Den that has no private door. As soon as you come down the stairs you look into it.

(2) Full Bathroom

(3) Bonus Room about the size of one of the upstairs bedrooms.
This room is closed off from the rest of the basement by a door. It has two doors - one that goes in from the den and the other, which leads to the laundry room

(4) Laundry Room which also has two doors. One goes to the den and the other to the bonus room.

Approximately $100 for all utilities to include cable/internet, water, and electric--this is divided up evenly each month among the other two roommates which live on the top level, in the bedrooms above the main level where the kitchen and living room are located.
