I wish so submit a quick note on behalf of John Doe. John was one of my best tenants. He always paid rent before it was due; I counted on his rent check every month and it came without fail.  Never once did I have to call him or track it down. Furthermore, John and his family were very gentle on my home and respectful of it--I would say as if it were their own, maybe more so.  For two years they were dependable tenants; it was refreshing to have them in my home. I am sad to see them leave as I will have to look for someone else and hope they are as simple and dependable, but I understand they are looking for something larger now.
