Letter should state companies name, how long you've been employed, and type of employee you are. IF self-employed, write a letter explaining your business and how long you have owned it, and the stability of your client base, and how much you gross per year.

List of personal or professional references names, relationship type and phone number.
5. Letter from Previous Landlord: (Click for Example)
Letter from any prior tenant stating that you always paid rent on time, and how long you were their tenant (Longer the better), and possibly the amount of rent if it is similar to the home you are hoping to rent
6. Personal Letter: (Click for Example)
Write a personal letter describing yourself, your family, and what you like about the house, and why you are hoping they choose you as their new tenant.
